Ashok was instrumental in setting up the first mobile telephony company in India and was previously heading the legal and taxation department of Modi Xerox. Ashok is a CA and has a Bachelor’s degree in Law. He is an MBA from Brunnel University, London.

Pallavi Goyal
Pallavi is a Chartered Accountant and also has a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi. She has hands-on experience in finance and transaction structuring having worked with Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton and KPMG. She has worked with large corporates on projects as diverse as transaction structuring, buy backs, capital reduction, valuations and mergers.
